That depends on whether your advocacy function is generating measurable business impact. If your processes are efficient and your content is flowing, but advocacy isn't yet connected to the pipeline, you're likely ready for Accelerate. If you're still building adoption and internal buy-in, staying in Grow is the right call. We'll help you make that assessment.
They're a starting point, not a fixed package. Every engagement is scoped to where you actually are across each solution. For example: your content function may already be mature and ready to scale globally, while your data foundation still needs work. We'll activate the right solutions in the right sequence for your specific situation, not a one-size-fits-all programme.
That's a common situation, and a good one to be in. If strategy is covered, we can skip straight to Content and Data at the Build stage. We'd start with a Content & creative assessment and a Data & Automation assessment in parallel, then build the operational foundations both solutions need. You won't need to go back to square one on strategy.
The minimum is 80 hours per month (roughly 20 hours a week) across any of our three solutions: Strategy, Customer Content, or Data & Automation. Engagements are monthly retainers and can scale up or down by quarter depending on your needs.
We share pricing once we have a scope defined: the investment depends on which solutions you activate and the depth of work involved. We'll put together a tailored proposal after an initial conversation.
