Account & Program Manager

Remote in APAC

We are currently on the lookout for a seasoned Account & Program Manager based in the APAC region. If you have experience in customer-facing roles in a corporate setting, you strive to shine light on people’s success and want to forget the daily commute to and from work, this position is most likely a great fit for you!

You are a perfect candidate if you have a corporate background, speak and write fluent English, you understand modern technology, and excel in strategic relationship building. Even more perfect if you prefer to work remotely!

Your job will be:

Program leadership & advocacy:

  • Create and build client relationships with stakeholders and establish a positive customer experience across the organization
  • Create awareness about the program and become the leader within the organization on customer evidence and the go-to person for related activities
  • Keep stakeholders informed, updated and aware of any blockers in the project delivery, getting resolutions to blockers on time and being able to implement fast resolutions
  • Become the authority on anything and everything related to the program, being able to spot potential blockers or opportunities to push forward new stories 
  • Become the trusted advisor within the clients organization by sharing best practices, highlighting opportunities and solving potential blockers.
  • Coordinate and align with stakeholders, subsidiaries, account teams within the client's environment
  • Responsibilities do include program communication from top-down and bottom-up, branding consistency, goal setting and KPI management along with stakeholder management
  • Become an active communicator and listener within the organization. Have excellent communication and presentation skills. 

Project management:

  • Be active in multiple stakeholder management and work cross functional
  • Manage long- and short-term project timelines and budgets
  • Manage project KPIs and goals, that can span from meeting a specific due date for an event or quantity and quality metrics
  • Follow through productions ensuring pleasant client & customer experience throughout
  • Coordinate stakeholders and customers to provide feedback and/or approvals
  • Manage and oversee productions in assuring high quality across
  • Handle handovers between program management and production, have full knowledge transfer within goals, timelines, deliverables and expectations
  • Be active and anticipate questions, complications that might arise and be prepared in all communications, meetings, discussions to be able to provide answers.
  • Manage program basics such as compliance with in code of conduct but also as program needs of PR agreements, lead forms, deliverables and communications.

Quality assurance and reporting:

  • Knowledge of branding and communication guidelines of clients' environment as well as their own product messaging is crucial to help support quality assurance. This includes design, quality standards, messaging and value propositions
  • Report on the status, progress of projects to stakeholders and be ready to act and come up with solutions if a problem is existing.
  • Be actively involved in reporting and ensuring alignment across client organization, stakeholders as well as cross function teams.


You already have:

  • Proven track record working cross-functionally with business unit stakeholders with different PoVs and goals, establishing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experience
  • 5+ years of corporate experience in client-facing roles (program management, account management, advocacy/reference management, business development)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Be presentable at all times and understanding of corporate cultures. Being adaptable is very important.
  • An excellent track record of working with customer or partners,building long lasting loyalty and being able to deliver exceptional customer experience. 
  • A fundamental understanding of technology solutions. Cloud Solutions, Productivity tools, Business Applications. 
  • Daily business technology knowledge of using presentation and reporting tools, Microsoft 365 solutions, Google business solutions

  • Agency background
  • Experience working with content marketing, customer evidence, customer reference
